Renegade Personal Training and Fitness is based in Eagan MN. At RPTF, we offer clients what major health and fitness clubs cannot - the uncompromised quality and "true experience" of personal training. RPTF offers clients a private, personal, professional and non-intimidating atmosphere where interruptions, loud noises, overcrowding and large membership fees do not exist.

As fitness professionals, our mission is to help you achieve your personal fitness goals through:

Our Philosophy:

The Renegade Personal Training and Fitness training philosophy is based on our values and beliefs that help you accomplish a healthy way of life. It is our mission to apply our philosophy to each individual training session to maximize client results. Our six primary principles are:

  • Results and Goal Oriented – we will always customize each clients program according to their individual health, fitness, nutrition and educational goals. Renegade trainers believe that achieving real life results is best accomplished through communicating specific, realistic, measurable and achievable goals.
  • Fitness Assessments – To help Renegade trainer’s understand each individual’s specific training needs, we establish a starting point for the five components of fitness; nutrition, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition. Establishing a baseline for each fitness component will help Renegade professionals and clients set realistic, measurable and attainable goals from which future progress and success will be measured from. This process also gives our staff the ability to create appropriate individual exercise programs.
  • Program Design – The building blocks that give client’s the tools necessary to achieve wellness. Program designs are periodized according to client’s individual goals, cycling through a variety of exercise phases to overcome general adaptation syndrome and plateaus.
  • Physiological Wellness – To meet the needs of the ever-changing body and busy schedules, we incorporate flexibility, cardiovascular training, corrective exercise training and strength endurance according to client goals.
  • Education – At Renegade Personal Training and Fitness we train with the understanding that we are always “full time students, part time trainers”. We strive to teach and educate clients throughout every session. As students and trainers, we understand that knowledge is powerful! In order to achieve and sustain a healthy way of life, we need to fuel our minds.
  • Integrity – We are committed to upholding and setting industry standards; advising clients with current, accurate and physiologically factual exercise and nutritional guidance.
