Pushups with Arm Rotation: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Prisoner Squats: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds (then repeat 3 more times)

Round 2

2 Arm Snatches with kettlebell or Dumbbell: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Band Cal Rows: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds (then repeat 3 more times)

Round 3

Kettlebell or Dumbbell Squat to OH Press: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Burpees: 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds (then repeat 3 more times)

Lunge Jumps: 20 seconds

Kettlebell Swings: 20 seconds

Ab Twists with Weight: 20 seconds

Carbs – good vs. bad, its function, why we need it
Fats – good vs. bad, its function, why we need it
Nutrition Myths – food labels, fat free vs. sugar free, etc.
Supplements – quality supplements that work!
Product sampling - Advocare vs. Max Muscle

Training for Fat Loss: (you will need to dress for fat loss activity!)
TABATA Training – Intense Fat Burning Workouts for home or at the gym!
