50:50 - This class is a mixture of metabolic training and active recovery. Half of the class is spent performing high-intensity activities and the other half cools you down with a series of mobility, flexibility and core strength exercises.

Boot Camp - This class is a full body "all-in-one" workout for any level. Utilizing interval methods with equipment like TRX straps, kettlebells, sand bags, medicine balls, ropes and dumbbells is the best way to burn body fat off in the gym! You'll love it!
