Start today with a complementary fitness consultation. Consultations will help your trainer identify subjective and objective information regarding your current fitness and health levels, goals and objectives, and any obstacles that you may need help identifying and finding solutions for. This is also the time a client may ask the trainer important questions and find out more about the trainer.
After getting to know one another, a fitness assessment is administered to find a "starting point" for which all program designs will administered from. Fitness assessments are short and pain free. Fitness assessments include:
- Strength assessment
- Core strength assessment
- Flexibility assessment
- Cardiovascular assessment
Fitness assessments and evaluations are also recommended every six to eight weeks so that progress may be charted and tracked.
