A very challenging, yet very effective old-school weight training method

Kettlebell Training What is Kettlebell?
 
Known as a Girya, the Kettlebell is a cannonball with a flat bottom handle molded to it. Kettlebell training is an "old school" fitness tool that holds great promise for most fitness seekers. The style of training used with the Kettlebell returns us to learning how to use our bodies more efficiently. All the moves are ground - based and get you back on your feet, learning to use your body to produce and control force.

Why Kettlebells?

  • Incinerate Fatty Tissue - Improves lean muscle tissue
  • Increase Functional Flexibility, Strength and Mobility - utilizes multi-dimensional movements

  • Fun - With the ability to actually "juggle," spin, pass hand to hand and throw the KB, KB training has a fun factor and variety not found in traditional training.

Training Options:

  • 1on1: For Serious and Motivated individuals. Achieve maximum results and success with personal attention. Any fitness level is welcome. Rates very between $55 - $90 per session.
  • Classes: Renegade offers 3 KB classes for all participants. Classes are $25/session.
    1. Intro To Kettlebell (prerequisite): Learn the fundamentals to kettlebell before advancing your fitness levels to more extreme courses. The intro course is designed to help individual’s build confidence, strength and flexibility. Most importantly it’s FUN!
    2. The Grind House: This level II class allows individuals to challenge each other through a KB boot camp style course. Participants say they leave class with a sense of weightlessness.
      ***Prerequisite: "Intro to Kettlebell"
    3. House of Pain: Either you’re up for the challenge or you’re not! Intensify your life with the ultimate FAT INCINERATING workout. This is no joke!
      ***Prerequisite: "The Grind House"
