Renegade News

by Ryan Branson

2007 has been a very exciting year for the me. So many positive changes have occured from the opening of Renegade Personal Training and Fitness to our Advocare nutritional supplement line. However, as the saying goes, "the buck doesn't stop here!"

Renegade Personal Training and Fitness is pleased to announce that kettlebell training will be a service offered in the very near future.

Dragon Door is holding another kettlebell workshop in April which I will be attending with tremendous enthusiasm. I have high hopes of learning the art and skills necessary to train all motivated individuals looking to take part in this challenging and effective activity!
