Renegade Personal Training and Fitness trains all fitness enthused individuals looking to maximize results. Our trainer will educate and help individuals with a wide variety of goals, such as: weight loss, increased lean muscle tissue, injury rehabilitation, pre/post natal services, corrective exercise training, kettlebell training, sports performance enhancement, triathlon training, and nutritional services.

One on one training is very personal. Each program design is tailored to meet each individual clients goal. Consistent progress reports and fitness evaluations will be administered to record the progress and success of every Renegade Personal Training and Fitness client.

Your Personal Trainer will:

  • Evaluate your initial fitness levels through assessments
  • Help you establish realistic and attainable goals
  • Provide continued fitness assessments to record and track progress
  • Create custom program designs that are fun, creative, innovative and effective
  • Help you with your nutrition
  • Educate you
  • Guide you through your program to success!

Rates vary from $55/hour to $90/hour. Thirty minute sessions are very popular and range from $30 to $40.

In home personal training is also available for those who like the comfort of their own home. Standard Rates will apply.
