What is SPE?
SPE is a group program for all athletes that establishes and improves an athlete's strengths and talents while overcoming the obstacles and challenges of an athlete's weakness.
SPE program design focuses on the 3 core concepts of an athletic program:
- Speed and Agility Training: teaches an athlete's body to develop multi-dimensional speed throughout lateral and unilateral movements utilizing speed cords/bands, plyometric equipment and hurtles.
- Kettlebell Strength and Power Training: this unique exercise tool allows an athlete to develop total body strength and power through dynamic movements. Kettlebell training is an athlete's ultimate workout resource, developing not only strenght and power, but dynamic balance, stability and core strength. These elements are crucial when teaching "ultimate total body control!"
- Advanced Power Weight Training: weight training will not only increase an athlete's athleticism, but will help reduce the chance of an injury.
