My Story:

Brian Waldo, owner of Optimal Health & Performance, LLC, has made it his life’s mission to help his clients achieve their fitness goals. With superior service, education and products and over 20 year\’s experience, Brian can tailor a program to meet your specific needs and partner with you to reach your goals.

In addition to serving his personal training clients, Brian is also an Adjunct Professor at Dakota County Technical College.
