About Me

Sam Fistrovich

Physical activity and fitness has always been a passion of mine. I became a personal trainer to help individuals improve their health, achieve their physical and mental goals, and feel better about themselves. It brings joy to me to help others.

Credentials

I attended college at the University of Minnesota Duluth where I received a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, learned under some of the most brilliant professors who taught me how to safely and smartly train individuals and help them achieve their goals. I obtained my CPT in July 2011 and started personal training in UMD’s fitness center. My senior year of college, I had the honor of becoming the head personal trainer. I am caring, driven, friendly, and passionate. I have trained a variety of different people from collegiate athletes to “high risk” individuals.

Mission

Help individuals achieve their goals by building strength, bringing joy, and instilling empowerment. Being active and eating healthy is not just a trend, but a lifestyle. Changes aren’t meant to happen overnight, but gradually, and that is when change becomes permanent. I know that success takes not only physical activity, but good nutrition as well. I am committed to giving my clients the tools and support they need to achieve their dreams with my experience.
