B. Series – EMOM x 15 Minutes:

  • M1 – 6 deadlifts
  • M2 – 12 renegade rows + 5 dead bounce mb slams
  • M3 – 10 dbl kb clean

C. Series – 3 Rounds:

  • 6.6. barbell rev. lunges
  • 15 ball leg curls
  • 2L lateral band walking
  • rest 1:00
