A. Series – 5 Rounds:

  • 10 db squat jumps

B. Series – 3 Minutes On/2 Minutes Off x 4 Rounds:

  • 6 deadlifts + 10 renegade rows + alternating bw lunges until complete

C. Series – 3 Rounds:

  • 8 UH pullups
  • 15 barbell curls
  • 20 kneeling med ball slams
  • 8.8. windshield wipers
