The last of the equipment has been ordered and processed.

The dumbbells are made by York Fitness. The rubber dumbbells are produced with a thicker, yet shorter handle, eliminating any unwanted slipping/slidding in the hands.

The Olympic plates are made by Hampton Fitness. These plates are rubber and steel, excellent for those of you who are serious deadlifters!

Now the waiting game begins until the building opens up for us to renovate in March….woohoo!
