Here is TABATA workout #1, giving you fat loss results!
Round 1:
Push Ups 20 seconds, Rest 10 seconds, Mountain Climbers 20 seconds, Rest 10 seconds (Repeat 3 more times)

Then Rest 1 Minute
Round 2:
Squat to DB Over Head Press 20 seconds, Rest 10 seconds, Pull ups 20 seconds (Repeat 3 more times)

Then Rest 1 Minute
Round 3:
Body Weight Lunges 20 seconds, Rest 10 seconds,
Push ups 20 seconds, Rest 10 seconds (Repeat 3 more times)

Then Rest 1 Minute
Round 4:
Suite Cases 20 seconds, Rest 10 seconds,
Burpees 20 seconds, Rest 10 seconds (repeat 5 more times)

Then Rest 1 Minute
Round 5:
Planks 20 seconds, Rest 10 seconds,
Jumping Jacks 20 seconds, Rest 10 seconds (repeat 3 more times)

Finished!!! Total workout time = 22 Minutes
